At Care For The Ghettos (CFG), we believe every young person has a talent that can become a pathway to confidence, leadership, employment, entrepreneurship and community transformation. Many children and youth in vulnerable communities have gifts in sports, music, dance, drama, visual arts, creative innovation and leadership, but they often lack mentorship, exposure and resources to develop those abilities.
Our Talent Development Program in Uganda identifies, nurtures and promotes talents among children, youth and young adults through structured training, mentorship, coaching and community exposure. We create safe and supportive spaces where participants can build discipline, teamwork, resilience, self-esteem and practical life skills while developing their gifts.
The goal of this program is not only to help participants shine in their areas of talent, but also to help them turn those talents into sustainable careers and income-generating opportunities. Through continuous mentorship and capacity building, Care For The Ghettos empowers young people to become positive role models and contributors within their communities.
